Please read this disclaimer before using Sunllo ("the Service"). This disclaimer forms part of the Terms of Service; by using the Service you acknowledge and agree to the following.
1. Service provided "as is"
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, secure, or fit for your particular purpose.
2. Accuracy of data is the user's responsibility
Content entered, uploaded or generated by users (including customer, quote, invoice, finance, HR and project data) is the user's responsibility as to accuracy, legality and completeness; we are not responsible for, and do not proactively review, such content.
3. AI-generated content
AI features (assistant, transcription, recognition, report/summary generation, suggested tasks, etc.) are produced by third-party models, may be inaccurate, incomplete or biased, are for reference only and constitute no warranty. Although the assistant can help operate the UI, all actions are within your permissions and subject to your confirmation; always verify with a human before important decisions. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI output or for outcomes of acting on it.
4. Finance, tax, payroll & compliance calculations
The Service's automated calculations for finance, invoices, cost, inventory, and HR/payroll items such as labor/health insurance, pension and income tax are computed from general rules and the parameters you configure. They are operational aids for reference only and may differ from actual amounts due to changes in regulations, parameter settings or individual circumstances. Actual filing, withholding, payments and bookkeeping must follow the competent authorities' requirements and be verified by you or your appointed accountant, bookkeeper, HR or tax professional. We are not responsible for the accuracy of such results, nor liable for any resulting penalties, back-payments or damages.
5. Not professional advice
The Service and its content, templates and AI output do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment, labor or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional for specific matters.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates third parties (e.g. Google Gemini, Stripe, Microsoft Azure / SharePoint, Cloudflare). Their availability, accuracy, terms and security are the responsibility of the respective providers; we are not liable for outages, changes or issues arising from third parties.
7. External links
The Service or website may contain external links whose content is not controlled by us; listing them does not imply our endorsement or warranty.
8. Availability & interruptions
We use reasonable efforts to keep the cloud edition available but may temporarily suspend or adjust the Service for maintenance, updates, security or force majeure; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any inconvenience or loss arising therefrom.
9. Backup responsibility
Please export and back up important data regularly. For the cloud edition we maintain and back up with reasonable effort but do not guarantee against loss; for the on-premise edition, deployment, backup, security and updates are the customer's responsibility.
10. On-premise edition notice
The on-premise edition runs offline in the customer's own environment. Server security, networking, backup, certificates and data protection are the customer's responsibility; the license is used per the edition, seats and maintenance period in the license file, and after maintenance expires only versions within that period remain usable. We are not liable for issues arising from the customer's environment or operations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (including data loss, business interruption, lost profits or goodwill) arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Liability caps and other limits are governed by the Terms of Service.
12. Governing law
This disclaimer and any disputes relating to the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
